Celebrating Scotland’s Year of the Coast & Waters 2020

Photography Competition ‘Coastal Life’

As part of Scotland’s bid to host an exciting array of events that put our coasts and waters in the spotlight, artVENTURE are hosting Peterhead’s “Year of the Coast & Waters 2020”. This Competition aims to capture life in and around the coastal town of Peterhead, which has been involved for many years with the fishing, oil and energy industries. Entrants will have the opportunity to submit photos which capture the elements of what makes Peterhead’s coastal life special, for example its fishing & service industries, its wildlife and coastline, local characters and its community.
